1. SPONSOR

This Promotion is sponsored by Parlor Doughnuts (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is conducted in partnership with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void outside Florida and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Live Nation, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on April 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry Method:
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who:

1. Purchase a Dreamsicle Doughnut at a participating Florida Parlor Doughnuts location, and

2. Are enrolled in Parlor Perks

will receive one (1) entry per qualifying purchase transaction.

Parlor Perks membership is free. Limit one (1) entry per person per day via purchase method.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary:
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by April 25, 2026.

Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.

Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are void.

5. PRIZES

Winners will each receive:

• Two (2) tickets to one (1) Maren Morris concert at a Florida venue (selected by Sponsor), including:

  • Miami – Fillmore Miami Beach

  • Orlando – House of Blues Orlando

  • Ft. Myers – Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $100
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,400

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Travel, lodging, parking, and transportation are not included.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 22, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.

If a potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted within 48 hours,

• Fails to respond, or

• Is found ineligible

an alternate winner may be selected.

8. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions

• Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Live Nation, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and Live Nation are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Errors in the administration of the Promotion

12. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.

​

13. IMPORTANT FLORIDA DISCLOSURE

If the total value of all prizes exceeds $5,000, this Promotion may be registered and bonded with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as required by Florida law.
