1. SPONSOR

The Parlor Doughnuts Mother’s Day Kids Drawing Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Parlor Doughnuts (“Sponsor”), with participating locations across the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States under 12 years of age. A parent or legal guardian must submit each entry on behalf of the child.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning May 1 at 12:00 AM (CT) and ending May 12 at 11:59 PM (CT).

4. HOW TO ENTER

Little artists are invited to color in the provided coloring page, and the parent or legal guardian must take a photo of the finished artwork and post it to Instagram (in feed post, not a story), tagging @Parlordoughnuts for prize entry.
 

To enter:

• Child 12 and under color Parlor Doughnuts' provided coloring page

• Parent/Legal Guardian takes a photo of the coloring page

• Parent/Legal Guardian posts a photo of the coloring page on Instagram, tagging @parlordoughnuts

• Parent/Legal Guardian must follow Parlor Doughnuts to be eligible to win.
   

Limit one entry per child unless otherwise specified.

5. PRIZES

One (1) winner will receive:
 

• A Parlor Doughnuts gift card valued at $100

6. WINNER SELECTION

From the pool of entries, finalists may be selected, with one (1) winner chosen at random from eligible submissions.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The selected winner’s parent or guardian will be contacted within 48 hours following the close of the contest by Direct Message on Instagram.
If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. USE OF ENTRIES

By entering, participants grant Parlor Doughnuts permission to feature submitted artwork, along with the winner’s social media handle, across digital channels.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.

10. RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Contest is governed by the applicable state laws of participating locations.
